From the 14th to 18th Nov I have been in Spain to photograph the European Crane. It was in the area of Avila. It was a very disappointing experience: very costly, the hides very small, the cranes leave early in the morning and return at sunset, so the picture shooting time is too short, In the morning no breakfast, frequently no lunch, the evening food was quite bad. And it is cold in the hides. They are supposed to be good for 2 persons, honestly, I would not know how to manage this.
