The Crane Centre is a nice spot to take pictures of the Japanese cranes. There are many photographers outside, but there is enough space to put up the tripod. Inside the centre it is cosy and warm, good Japanese fast food, a toilet, etc. A good place to warm up the frozen feet and hands. Outside there was good fresh snow, a strong wind was blowing the snow over the plain.
